Our service

Altora Advisory provides private travel consultancy, itinerary design and concierge support. Selected experiences, accommodations, transfers, restaurants and activities may be delivered by independent third-party providers, subject to availability and their own terms.

Consultation

The first consultation is complimentary and follows an initial request and a short pre-call questionnaire. Submitting a request creates no obligation on either side.

Journey design and coordination

Itinerary proposals are prepared with care and reflect availability, seasonality and provider conditions at the time of design. Where Altora Advisory coordinates with third-party providers, those providers remain responsible for the delivery of their own services under their own terms and conditions.

Support

Around-the-clock (24/7) support applies after a journey has been confirmed and during the active travel period.

Client responsibilities

Guests remain responsible for valid travel documents, visas, insurance and compliance with the entry requirements of the destinations visited. We recommend appropriate travel insurance for every journey.
