Altora Advisory values your privacy and treats personal information with discretion. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is handled.

What we collect

When you submit a travel request or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, travel preferences, travel dates, party size, budget indications and any special requests you choose to share.

Why we collect it

The legal bases are your consent, the steps necessary to respond to your request, and our legitimate interest in operating a private travel consultancy.

How it is handled

Your information is stored in the secure business tools we use to manage enquiries (such as our form provider and client management system) and is accessible only to Altora Advisory. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to arrange the travel services you request or where the law requires.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to serve your request and maintain our client relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@altora-advisory.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
